The Apartment
The Beeches is a purpose built, self-contained luxury apartment in a modern house with beautiful panoramic mountain views of the MacGillycuddy’s Reeks and Mangerton mountain.
The downstairs represents the apartment, which has it’s own entrance and courtyard, and there are no connecting doors to the upper level of the house, making it very private.
The apartment is finished to a very high standard with underfloor heating and triple glazing throughout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need including a Nespresso machine with coffee pods for coffee lovers, and a breakfast bar. The living room has 2 very comfortable sofas, and a smart TV.
There are two bedrooms which have their own built-in wardrobes and room temperature control. The bathroom is very spacious and luxurious. It has a large wet room with un-limited hot water, pebble floor and drench head. Plenty of towels are provided as well as toiletries.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has a single and double bunk bed. The apartment sleeps 5.

Situated 3 miles from Killarney town centre, The Beeches is the ideal spot for those wishing to be within a stones throw of amenities, yet away from the hussle and bussle of the busy town. The Beeches is built on a working dairy farm, and is surrounded by lush pastures and mountain views. You will often see the family’s dairy herd peacefully grazing in the neighbouring pastures. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic setting, look no further.
The nearest grocery store is a mere 3 minute drive and the nearest car park for the centre of town is a 5-10 minute drive, depending on traffic.
Nicola and Donal’s apartment was fab.. they made so much effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Lots of special touches that made our stay even better. Shower was amazing! Location ideal.
